•Must be certified HHA Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies Use EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to document care activities and health updates precisely Maintain a clean, safe environment. Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support to foster well-being. Collaborate with nursing staff, social workers, and family members. Support residents' participation in community outings or recreational activities when appropriate Skills Proven experience in assisted living, or home & community care environments Knowledge of ADL assistance, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Familiarity with dementia and Alzheimer's care techniques, including behavior management strategies Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for accurate documentation Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach. Experience working with seniors. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and families.
