Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Home Health Aide to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' health status, recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature Support clients with medication administration following prescribed protocols while maintaining accurate medical documentation Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other cognitive impairments, including memory care strategies Assist with catheter care, hospice support, and end-of-life care as needed with sensitivity and professionalism Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning tasks to promote a safe and comfortable environment Skills Strong patient observation skills with the ability to recognize changes in health or behavior Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home healthcare settings Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and basic life support (CPR/First Aid) procedures Compassionate caregiving skills for working with geriatric patients, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice or dementia care Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients' families and healthcare teams while maintaining HIPAA compliance Join us to make a positive impact through dedicated caregiving!
