Resident Services Job description: Job Overview We are offering (3pm - 11pm / 11pm - 7am) shifts. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AL Med Techs and ALF Caregivers to join our Assisted Living team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality resident care in Assisted Living. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, vital signs assessment, and adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure resident confidentiality and safety. Duties
  • Provides assistance with medication management and resident care.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to the medical team.
  • Maintain resident records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and data management.
  • Provide compassionate care to residents in memory care settings, assisting with daily living activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to develop and implement resident care plans.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in medical technology and resident care. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a assisted living environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to resident care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality.
