Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. This role involves providing in-home care and support to clients across multiple locations including Spring Hill, New Port Richey, Dade City, Inverness, Homosassa, and Lake Panasoffkee. We are looking to hire multiple caregivers throughout these cities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Provide homemaking services including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. Monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and report changes to the supervisor. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life. Adhere to the care plan and work collaboratively with the care team to meet the client's needs. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Requirements:
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for personal care clients. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous experience in home health care or related field preferred but not required. Must pass a background check.
