Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a caring and dedicated LIVE IN weekend Saturday to Monday Home Health Aide to join our assisted living team and provide outstanding support to our residents. In this important role, you'll help with daily activities, keep an eye on health needs, and encourage independence while making sure everyone stays safe and comfortable. It's a great chance to make a real difference in people's lives with personalized and respectful care. CPR certification is required.
Responsibilities include the following:
Helping patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Keep track of vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, and assist with medications according to prescriptions while following HIPAA rules and proper documentation. Watch for any changes in patients' mental or physical health, especially for those with dementia or Alzheimer's, and provide specialized care like hospice support. Must be able to work independently in home settings while ensuring safety and professionalism. We're looking for passionate caregivers who want to make a positive difference every day and help people live comfortably at home.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred)
