Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN (As needed) Caregiver to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily activities. In this vital role, you will provide person-centered care in an all-male behavioral group home setting with diverse support needs, including developmental disabilities and individuals requiring total care. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where clients feel valued and supported every day.

• This role may require the use of approved physical intervention techniques in situations involving aggression in accordance with company policies and training guidelines.

Responsibilities Administer daily living aid, personal hygiene care, and meal preparation. Cultivate safe, positive spaces through companionship and emotional support. Log patient health metrics, behavioral shifts, and recovery progress. Uphold health, safety, and organizational cleanliness standards. Partner with medical teams and families on personalized treatment plans. Requirements Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism or intellectual disabilities is a plus. CPR and First Aid is required upon hire; additional certifications related to HIPAA compliance or medication administration are advantageous. Strong communication skills with families and clients while respecting residents' rights. Compassion for developmental disabilities support or long-term care population is essential for success in this role.

Special Requirement:

• To remain active on payroll as a PRN employee, a DSP must work at least 24 hours during each calendar month. Hours do not automatically carry over from one month to another.
