Job Summary Join our compassionate home health team as a Home Health Aide, where your dedication and caregiving skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients in their homes. In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance to individuals with diverse needs, promoting independence, safety, and comfort. Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients Skills Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Knowledge of home health agency operations and home & community care standards Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required and respond swiftly in emergency situations through first aid or CPR certification Flexibility to work live-in employment arrangements or provide comprehensive home health services
