Duties:

• Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records ```

Requirements:

```

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic caregiving techniques
• Familiarity with nursing home or memory care settings is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to caregiving
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
