As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. We are looking for caring professionals who are reliable, patient, and committed to delivering person-centered care while working collaboratively with our clinical team and families. 12:00 PM•8:30 PM This position provides individualized, one-on-one support to a single client, allowing caregivers to focus on personalized care and engagement. Shift 2•Overnight Care (1:2 Client-to-Caregiver Ratio)

AM Requirement:
Must be available to work alternating weekends. This overnight position provides care for two clients, maintaining a 1:2 caregiver-to-client ratio while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overnight needs are met. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Monitor clients' health, behavior, and overall well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare personnel. Implement individualized care plans based on each client's unique needs and preferences. Provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities and other care needs in home and community settings. Engage clients in meaningful activities that encourage independence, social interaction, memory support, and emotional well-being. Safely assist with lifting, transferring, positioning, and mobility using proper techniques and equipment. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency policies. Keep the home environment clean, organized, and safe. Build positive, respectful relationships with clients, families, and fellow team members. Qualifications Previous experience as a Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or in a related healthcare role is preferred. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or individuals requiring personal care is a plus. Ability to follow individualized care plans and document services accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, compassionate, and patient with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care. Knowledge of CQL Personal Outcome Measures is a plus; training will be provided. Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed. Must be able to pass required background screenings and meet agency hiring requirements. Why Join Our Team?
