Full time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) caregiver position coming open or part-time PRN caregiver needed with weekend or partial weekend availabilty opening in the two weeks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

A Caregiver will work with residents within the facility, and follow the resident's individual plan of care in providing one-on-one support and companionship to residents, which may include (but not limited to): Regular wellness checks, housekeeping/laundry services, incontinence management including assisting residents to the bathroom and providing assistance as needed, assisting with meal service, reporting concerns about residents to the Supervisor and/or Resident Manager, promoting safety and well-being of residents, encouraging them to stay active and healthy and to build friendships with other residents.

REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent, proficient in verbal and written English, good communication and telephone skills, good observation and reporting skills. Ability to work 8 hour shifts as assigned in a 24 hour operation, including weekends. Caregiving is a physically demanding job. Must be able to pass GChex background check and all new hire drug testing. Pick up an application at the back door, complete it, and ask if someone is available to see you.
