• Motor Vehicle Report High School Diploma or College Degree Provide personal hygiene aspects of care to patients, including bathing, oral hygiene, skin care and hair care. Assist with transfer of patient, e.g. bed to chair, bed to commode, chair/commode to bed. Assist with ambulation and exercise of patient as ordered and so assigned. Assist with or provided meal preparation and related tasks. Assist with feeding of patient. Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for the patient. Have an awareness of the emotional status of patient and be able to understand Attend regular meetings of the Private Home Care team meeting Must be able to intermittently stand for time periods of up to six hours a day. Must be able to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Must be able to occasionally carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Must be able to occasionally push or pull up to fifty (50) pounds. Must be to kneel, squat, bend, reach and twist during the course of the workday. Must be able to climb stairs. Must be able to frequently assist and help transfer clients.
