Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and assisted living facilities. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring comfort, and assisting with daily activities while adhering to safety and health regulations. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Maintain patient hygiene and assist with mobility needs. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records app Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Participate in training sessions and continuing education to enhance skills. Qualifications Previous experience in home health preferred Strong communication skills within a team. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
