About Us Ubuntu Community Living provides compassionate, person-centered home care that helps clients live safely, comfortably, and independently. We are seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers/Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team.

Responsibilities Caregivers may provide:

Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, and transfers Companionship and social support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Errands and transportation, when authorized Safety supervision and fall prevention Observation and reporting of changes in a client's condition Accurate and timely care documentation Services in accordance with each client's individualized service plan Requirements Applicants must: Be at least 18 years old Be legally eligible to work in the United States Pass required pre-employment and fingerprint-based criminal background checks Complete required TB screening before providing services Complete all required orientation, training, and competency requirements Be able to read, write, follow instructions, and complete care documentation Be physically able to safely perform assigned duties Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, reliability, and respect for client privacy Applicants providing personal care must meet a Georgia-approved qualification pathway or complete the required personal care training.
