Join our compassionate team as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring support with daily activities and personal care. Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility. Prepare meals and assist with eating when necessary Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and supervision Assist with errands and appointments when authorized Follow the client's care plan and agency policies Accurately document all services provided Report changes in the client's condition Protect the client's dignity, privacy, and confidentiality Qualifications Previous PCA, caregiver, home-care, CNA, or related experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background and employment screenings CPR and First Aid certification preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to safely assist with personal-care and mobility needs Legally authorized to work in the United States.
