Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This role requires a strong understanding of home community care, medical terminology. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Assist clients with mobility needs Provide personal care as required. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Requirements Previous experience in home health care or a related field is required. Knowledge of medical terminology and home care practices is essential. CPR certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
