Position Summary:

We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our IDD group home team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in helping residents with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing respectful and dignified care.

Qualifications:

Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic Basic typing and documentation skills Professional phone and communication etiquette Current CPR certification Current negative TB test

vaccination card (required) Experience using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems preferred Prior experience in caregiving, behavioral health, or IDD support is highly valued Reliable personal transportation Ability to work flexible shifts (7-12 hours)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are based on individual service plans (ISPs) and may include, but are not limited to: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene support Ambulation and transfer assistance Toileting, turning, and positioning Implementing range of motion and mobility routines Supporting community outings and social engagement Providing a safe, structured, and healthy environment Accurately documenting daily progress and behaviors Communicating observations and concerns to the House Manager or RN Lead Why Join Us? Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
