Job Title:
Direct Support Professional and Associate Program Manager We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Direct Support Professional and Associate Program Manager. This role offers a unique blend of fieldwork (In homes) and administrative responsibilities (In office), providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to both hands-on work with clients with Developmental Disabilities and program management aspects of our organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager with monitoring program activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and client needs based on Individual service plans.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of program initiatives
- Support reporting, and documentation efforts to monitor Incident Reporting
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure smooth program operations
- Provide on-site support during program activities and events
- Assist in training staff as needed
- Work in homes with clients maintaining services as outlined in Individual Service plans.
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in DSP work or Social Services preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Must be 18 years of age to be considered.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications are a plus
- Must have current auto Insurance and maintain Insurance throughout course of employment.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Acceptable results on a background check This listing is a Full-Time position
- (40) hour work week.
