Summary Home Health Aide Location:

McDonough As a Home Health Aide at Affordable Medical Resources, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide high-quality home healthcare services. Responsibilities Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Assist clients with medication administration as prescribed by their healthcare provider. Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records (EMR). Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide is preferred. Proven experience in patient care or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices. Ability to perform CPR and first aid is a plus. Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients. Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred but not required. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a caring demeanor. Join our team!
