Location:
McDonough, GA Schedule:
11:00 PM-7:00 AM, 3-4 days per week, with every other weekend required
Hours:
Approximately 24-32 hours per week Accommodate Medical Staffing & Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at a Senior Community Living residence in McDonough, GA. Why Join Our Team? ✔ Consistent overnight schedule ✔ Approximately 24-32 hours per week ✔ Supportive team environment within a senior living community ✔ Opportunities to build meaningful relationships with residents ✔ Rewarding work that makes a difference every day Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Respond promptly to resident needs during overnight hours Provide medication reminders (no medication administration) Perform light housekeeping in resident living areas as needed Document care provided and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents Qualifications Previous PCA, CNA, or caregiving experience preferred Experience working with seniors is a plus Compassionate, dependable, and patient Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must successfully pass a background screening Apply Today If you're looking for a rewarding overnight caregiving position in a senior community where your compassion and dedication are valued, we'd love to hear from you.
