Job Description
Job Overview Golden Serenity Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs/PCAs to provide high-quality, non-skilled care to pediatric clients in a home setting. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensure patient comfort and safety, and support families in maintaining a clean and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse Maintain a safe and clean home environment Perform light housekeeping duties related to patient care Follow the established Plan of Care (POC) Support pediatric clients as assigned Document care provided in accordance with agency policies Use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner to document patient information accurately and efficiently. Experience Active CNA certification in the state of Georgia (preferred) or PCA experience Current CPR certification (preferred) Minimum of 6 months-1 year caregiving experience (home care preferred) Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile clients is a plus Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow directions Ability to pass a background check
