Are you a compassionate caregiver with experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) or autism ? CSA Homecare is looking for a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

Provide support to clients with IDD and autism in their daily living activities Promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion Assist with personal care, behavior support, and skill development Communicate effectively with families, clients, and care teams

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with individuals with IDD and/or autism is required A nurturing, patient, and reliable personality Ability to commit to a consistent Monday-Friday morning schedule Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
