Savannah, GA Job Details Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications CPR Certification Teamwork Caregiving Assisting with ADLs High school diploma or GED First Aid Certification Full Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) - CRA Home We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a CRA Home. DSPs play a vital role in helping participants build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and enjoy a safe and supportive environment.
Schedule:
2pm-10pm (Monday-Friday) Responsibilities Assisting residents with activities of daily living Medication administration (after required training) Supporting community outings and appointments Maintaining a safe and clean home environment Completing daily documentation and incident reports Promoting independence, dignity, and person-centered care Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift approximately 15-25 lbs as needed Assist participants with mobility and daily activities when necessary If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply and join our team.
