Job Description

Seeking an Experienced and mature individual to work indvidually providing
Personal Care:
Bathing, Shower, Assisting with Dressing, toileting, and Transfers. Performs Vital signs as indicated and reports data to the supervising nurse Must have a strong ability and work ethic for being a caregiver and team members Assisting with Meals, and ADLs as needed to clients. Follow the Plan of Care and document appropriately on records, and possess good reading and writing skills. Follow Infection Control Procedures, Confidentiality, and Safety on the job. Possess Satisfactory References and background check for work. Medical screens required Has dependable transportation and willingness to work in Home Care. Training as a CNA or Medical Assistant helpful for dual roles of back office duties. CPR, 1st Aide required Ability to follow plan of care, document appropriately
