Job Summary:

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide care to individuals in BIBB and

HOUSTON COUNTY.

As a Personal Care Assistant, must be able to work FULL-TIME or

PART TIME

HOURS and

OVERTIME.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
• Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable transportation to travel to client's location
