This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm, participation in an on-call rotation every 3rd weekend required

What You'll Do:
Provide direct support, supervision, and protective oversight to individuals served Promote member independence and support accomplishment of personal goals Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring safety and dignity Onboard, train, and mentor new Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) assigned to your house Collaborate with Team Lead or Assistant Manager on staffing, attendance, and performance issues Act as a liaison between families, administration, and individuals served to ensure consistent, quality care Maintain strong communication and leadership within the team Support a positive and professional team culture focused on person-centered care
What You'll Need:
Must be 21 years or older. Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity and direct care services to persons with disabilities High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance in the state you are employed. Ability to communicate fluently in English (reading and writing) with the ability to comprehend documents. Medication Management Administration certificate within 90 days of hire. Active Mandatory Reporter Certification preferred. Benefits Available to
