Full-Time Back - End Nights - Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

Clear Lake, IA Schedule:
12-Hour Shifts | Wednesday Night to Friday Night Build a Career with Purpose-and Balance At One Vision, we're introducing a new 12-hour shift model designed to support work-life balance while giving you the chance to make a lasting impact . We're hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPS) for our Back-End Day Schedule at homes in Clear Lake. If you want a career where every shift matters-and every day changes lives-this role is for you. What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll play a hands-on role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently.
Your days will include:
Assisting with daily living tasks like cooking, hygiene, laundry, and medications Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth Supporting recreational activities and community involvement Driving individuals to outings, appointments, and events Keeping accurate documentation through electronic systems Helping manage personal finances and grocery shopping What Makes You a Great Fit You'll thrive in this role if you are: ✔ Compassionate and dependable ✔ Eager to build meaningful connections ✔ A team player who values respect and inclusion ✔ Looking for stable, rewarding work with a consistent schedule Qualifications No experience required-we'll train you and pay you while you learn Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed Comfortable with basic technology for documentation Must pass background checks and health screenings Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us) This is a safety-sensitive position.
