  • 6 AM) The Village Community is seeking dedicated overnight staff to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in our 24/7 residential setting during the night hours.

About Compensation & Hours Shift Time :
10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Starting Wage :
$14.25 per hour.
Classification :
Hourly, non-exempt.

Guaranteed Full-Shift Pay:
Compensation covers all scheduled hours on-site at the full hourly rate. This includes designated overnight sleeping periods, during which staff remain available to respond to our residents' needs. Paid Training Key Responsibilities Provide overnight supervision and safety monitoring in a residential home. Assist members with late-night needs, routines, and pre-morning routine prep as needed. Respond promptly to nighttime emergencies or behavioral needs. Document shift activities and health logs using basic computer systems. Maintain a professional, calm, and diplomatic demeanor at all times. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Reliable and dependable attendance for overnight schedules. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage an overnight routine. Flexibility to handle changing situations calmly. Caregiving experience with disabilities is preferred but not required.
Must pass background checks:
Criminal, Child/Dependent Adult Abuse, DOT Driving, and OIG Registry.
