What we are looking for:
We are searching for compassionate and caring individuals to work Full-time and Part-time with the people that we support as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
What You'll Do:
Work directly with people with developmental disabilities assisting them with day to day living activities in Residential Settings. You will support individuals with activities in a home environment and in community settings including meal planning, grocery shopping, or household chores. This position may require you to transport individuals in company vehicles. Skills Needed for the
Job:
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals.

Requirements:
Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license, car and auto insurance. Must be able to pass all background checks.
Experience:
Must have some experience in working with people with developmental disabilities. M ust understand how to handle behaviors.
Pay:
$17 an hour. The pay is based on experience, and we also offer an incentive if you have a CNA license.
Shifts:
Monday through Friday 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM. Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM
  • 11:00 PM. (Flexible) Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Sunday 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM
