Main Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and create a warm, friendly, and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Check patients in and out while delivering exceptional customer service. Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, confirm new patient visits, and reschedule missed appointments. Process patient payments and assist with daily front desk operations. Assist doctors during patient examinations and treatments. Utilize the
DRX-9000
spinal decompression system to help patients recovering from bulging and herniated discs (training provided). Position, harness, and assist patients during spinal decompression therapy and other prescribed treatments. Apply passive therapies, including red light laser therapy, and guide patients through spinal hygiene exercises. Educate patients on treatment expectations, healthy lifestyle habits, and wellness recommendations that support their recovery. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical documentation for every visit. Manage patient flow to help the office run efficiently while ensuring every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and supported. Collaborate with doctors and fellow team members to provide an outstanding patient experience every day.

Associate degree preferred, but not required. Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows is preferred. Reliable transportation to commute between both office locations.
