What You'll Do Support residents in a group home environment with daily activities ranging from meal preparation, feeding if needed, personal hygiene tasks, grocery shopping, errands, budgeting, and medication administration. Work with residents with special needs including autism, anxiety, depression, Down syndrome, and other disabilities or mental health needs. Assist with transportation to appointments and community events (depending on site, may use personal vehicle to provide transportation as needed). Follow care plans and advocate for resident needs Promote dignity and a safe environment for residents Communicate issues or changes in condition to the residential supervisor or team leadership immediately Document services provided each shift Attend mandatory trainings and meetings. May be required to cross train at different sites as needed May be required to work every other weekend and on a holiday rotation Other duties as assigned. Requirements/Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance A reliable vehicle CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain Good attendance - our residents depend on you!
