What We're Looking For The Lead DSP position is a good fit for someone who is already a strong direct-care professional and is ready to take on additional responsibility. The Lead DSP is not a desk or administrative position . It is an opportunity to take a leadership role while continuing to work directly with the people we serve and helping ensure they receive high-quality support in their homes and communities.
