• Support members with activities of daily living and in developing independence in personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and other life skills.
• Administer medications and treatments as trained.
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely.
• Facilitate community involvement through recreational events, shopping, volunteer opportunities, and other activities.
• Provide transportation assistance as needed.
• Participate and complete all required and designated trainings.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships. What You'll Bring
• Self-directed with characteristics of compassion, respect, and problem-solving.
• Ability to effectively communicate with members, guardians and families, team members, and health care providers.
• Must be willing and able to successfully complete and pass background checks prior to hire.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Demonstrated concern for others and alignment with the mission of Bridge of Faith.
• Reliable attendance and punctuation.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs., be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
• Licensed driver with automobile insurance.
• Must be willing and able to become an approved driver for Bridge of Faith. Schedule/Pay
• Starting wages for this position is $16.50 for full-time employees. Starting wages is $16.50 for part-time and PRN employees. Premium pay is available for call-in shifts.
• We offer fulltime (40hrs/week), part-time (24hrs/week), and PRN (openings available contingent on business need). Must be willing to work overtime as needed or requested. Benefits
