Responsibilities:
Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Provide assistance with transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices Perform light housekeeping tasks related to participant care (laundry, meal preparation, cleaning participant areas) Assist with meal setup and feeding as needed Accurately document services provided and report incidents promptly Follow infection control and universal precautions Participate in the PCA on call rotation
Qualifications:
Education High School Diploma, GED OR applicable work experience. Certification from a nursing assistant training program through classroom and supervised practical training totaling at least 75 hours with 16 hours devoted to supervised practical training OR minimum of six months clinical experience. License(s)/Certification(s) Maintains current CPR status Maintains current Mandatory Reporter status Completes 12 hours of related in-services per calendar year. Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. Valid Auto insurance.
