Our Direct Support Professionals work alongside participants doing everyday activities like cooking, attending events, exploring the community, and developing life skills. Open Full Time, Part-Time, PRN Positions 7am-3pm (16-40 hours available) 3pm-11pm (16-40 hours available) 11pm-7am (16-40 hours available) What You'll Do Support adults with disabilities in daily living skills Help participants work toward personal independence goals Attend community activities like movies, events, parks, and outings Provide companionship and encouragement Assist with personal care when needed Support medication routines (if certified) Think of it as getting paid to support a friend while helping them live their best life. Requirements At least 18 years old Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Compassionate and dependable Preferred (not required): CPR / First Aid certification Medication Assistance certification If you don't have these yet — we will help you get certified.
