Full Job Description Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist participants in creating and maintaining a daily schedule for household tasks and personal care routines. Teach and support participants in learning/re-learning household duties and life skills. Foster mental alertness and emotional well-being through conversation, companionship, and individualized activities. Accompany participants to community outings, appointments, and social events. Support financial independence by teaching basic money management. Facilitate friendships and healthy social interactions. Promote safety by providing training in essential safety skills. Provide personal care and assist with behavior management when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation. Complete all required paid training, including CPR and First Aid certification.
Shifts Offered Days:
Tuesday-Saturday 7AM-3PM, Sunday-Thursday 7-3
Swing:
Tuesday-Saturday 3PM-11PM & Sunday-Thursday 3-11
Sleeping Graves:
Tuesday-Saturday 11-7
Weekend Evening:
Friday-Monday 3PM-11
PM Weekend Morning:
Friday-Monday 7AM-3

Qualifications:
Genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities in leading independent, meaningful lives. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships. Ability to work collaboratively with participants, families, and team members. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required - we provide paid training! Must maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
