From transportation to appointments, meal prep, laundry, community activates, bowling, etc., to just someone to visit with. You as a Support Staff/Flex position, would have designated days to support or cover shifts as needed on specified days, and rotate with other Support Staff/Flex to answer calls from staff when they are unsure of what to do.
