Job Description

Developmental Therapy Technician/Direct Support Professional(DSP)
  • HIRING DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY THERAPIST.
  • Make a difference in a fun job! Provide training in the skills of daily living, to developmentally disabled adults, in a small Developmental Disability center and the nearby community.
  • Very positive culture and rewarding Job. Provide assistance with hygiene and personal care needs. Provide supervision and assistance training daily living skills, and for recreational activities. Company vehicles provided.
  • 29-32 hours weekly; all hrs weekdays between 8:30am & 3pm. Must be able to work Mon-Friday.
  • $400 hiring bonus after 3 months employment.
Paid Time off starts accruing immediately. Bonuses provided, at least 2x annual. 15.00 to 16.00 per hour, depending on experience/skills. Health insurance & dental insurance available after 90 days. Simple IRA option.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. AGE
17 and up. Will Train. Criminal history check required. Must have good verbal communication and able to read.
