Our mission is to provide services and support that allow our clients to remain as independent as possible in their homes or residences while enabling a quality of life for our clients and their families which cannot be achieved on their own.
PCA Personal Care Assistant Job Duties:
Help keep clients engaged and enriched mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally through required assistance Perform duties as assigned in an accurate and timely manner, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of all clients Safeguard clients by observing interactions, procedures, and activities Be aware of and sensitive to clients' pain, mobility, and fragility, and approach every interaction with the utmost compassion Adhere to the standards, policies, and procedures of the company, as well as legal regulations
PCA Personal Care Assistant Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED A minimum of one year of experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required Willingness to be trained, background check, ability to speak, read and write in English Excellent judgment and demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information Valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check through the
