Schedule & Pay Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM $14-$15 per hour, depending on experience $150 Sign-On Bonus paid on your first paycheck Responsibilities As a Weekend Direct Support Professional, you will: Support adults with disabilities in daily activities Provide companionship and encouragement Assist with personal care as needed Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping Help with medication reminders Drive residents to appointments and community activities Teach life skills that promote independence Create a safe, positive, and respectful home environment Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate, dependable, and patient Comfortable working independently and with a team A strong communicator with good organizational skills At least 18 years old Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to pass required background checks

Preferred:
