Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
• Support individuals in participating in community activities and social interactions
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

Experience:

• Previous experience in patient care or direct support is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures is a plus
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable
• Ability to lift and assist with transfers as needed

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and patient nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High School diploma
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• CPR Certificate " We can provide the training"
