Job Description
Direct Care Professional Job Summary We are seeking a Direct Service Staff to help assist adults with disabilities in their own homes with everyday tasks. In this position, you may be responsible for bathing, feeding, cooking, cleaning and everyday needs for your participants. No need for experience working with the elderly or individuals with an intellectual or developmental disabilities, We will train you. We will help you get Med Certified and CPR certified if not already. Direct Service Staff Duties and Responsibilities Provide companionship for your participant Assist your participant with daily tasks, such as bathing and feeding Administer medication Cleaning Direct Service Staff Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate or pass a reading writing test Med Certified (will help you get) CPR (will help you get) Must be at least 18 years of age Be able to pass a background check Be able to pass a drug test
