SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
  • Negotiable hourly rates up to $22/hour depending upon location, shift days and hours, etc.
  • Various shift times
  • Full schedule, part time schedule, and per diem hours
  • One-on-one coverage working with developmentally disabled, group home coverage, day programs, etc.
  • Assisting with ADLs, engaging in activities with residents, and other responsibilities depending upon the assignment.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Direct Support Professional (DSP) on IDPH registry
  • CPR/1st aid training completed in-person following AHA or ARC guidelines
  • Experience working with developmentally disabled, autistic, at-risk youth populations
