We specialize in providing at-home primary care and wound care services. We believe that patients heal best in the comfort of their own homes, and our dedicated mobile teams make that possible every single day. The Role We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and proactive Mobile Care Assistant to join our field team! In this unique role, you will be the right-hand person to our healthcare providers. Approximately 70% of your job will involve safely driving our providers to and from patient homes using our provided company vehicle. During the visits, you will step in to provide essential hands-on support, including taking vital signs, assisting with wound care, and handling clinical documentation. No prior medical certification is required! We are fully prepared to train the right person who has a great attitude, a safe driving record, and a desire to help others. Key Responsibilities Transportation (70%): Safely drive the provided company car to transport our healthcare providers to various patient homes throughout the day.Clinical Support:
Assist the provider during primary care and wound care visits.Patient Intake:
Take and record basic patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.) upon arrival.Documentation Support:
Assist the provider with basic electronic charting and note-taking.Environment Prep:
Help set up and ensure a clean and organized environment for the provider.Qualifications Driving Record:
Valid driver's license (required for operating the company vehicle).Experience:
No medical certifications needed. We will provide full, paid training for taking vitals signs and assisting with wound care.Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using tablets or cellphones for basic medical documentation and GPS navigation.Personality:
Punctual, highly organized, and reliable. You must be comfortable working closely with patients and have a compassionate, professional bedside manner.Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit/drive for extended periods and assist with carrying medical supply bags into patient homes.
