Community Support Systems is looking for excellent Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. What does this rewarding role entail? As a DSP, you'll work in small group homes located around Teutopolis, Effingham, and Dieterich, assisting with personal care needs and daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and more. Shift & Pay Details:

Evening Shift:

3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Overnight Shift:

11 p.m. to 9 a.m. Days of the week vary, including weekends

Starting Pay:

$20.55/hour, with a .50¢ wage increase upon DSP certification through

CSS Preferred Experience:

Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), health care aid, or home health care provider is preferred, but not required. CNA certification is beneficial but not required.
