Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their home. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you assist by delivering personalized care and support tailored to each individual's needs. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients. Duties Implement individualized care plans based on the specific needs of each client. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities to promote mental stimulation. Observe and document client behavior, reporting any significant changes to appropriate individuals. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living environment to ensure a safe space for clients. Administering errands to support client needs. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home care, assisted living, or nursing homes is preferred. Ability to follow service plans effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting or moving clients safely. Certification in
CPR. MUST

Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
