We are looking for dependable, caring, and energetic Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Caregivers who can provide high-quality care in home and community-based settings. This position may involve working with children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities or other specialized care needs. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, reliable, and able to follow an individualized care plan while helping clients maintain their independence, comfort, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and supervision as needed Assist with meal preparation and light cooking Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other tasks needed to maintain a safe and clean living environment Assist with mobility and transfers, including use of approved equipment such as Hoyer lifts when required Observe clients for changes in condition, behavior, or overall well-being and report concerns appropriately Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided Follow each client's individualized care plan and agency policies Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Support clients with developmental disabilities, memory-related conditions, or other specialized needs as assigned Follow proper infection control, safety, and emergency procedures Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team Qualifications Must be comfortable providing care to clients of all ages Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful Strong communication and observation skills Ability to work independently and follow a care plan Previous caregiving, home health, assisted living, nursing home, or related experience preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental needs is a plus Familiarity with electronic documentation or EVV/EHR systems is a plus Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care CPR certification preferred or required based on assignment Must be reliable and committed to scheduled shifts What We Offer Part-time schedule of approximately 15-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on client needs Meaningful one-on-one work with clients Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of children, adults, seniors, and families in our community If you are a dependable and compassionate caregiver who enjoys helping others and is comfortable working with children, we would love to hear from you!
