Job Description

Are you passionate about helping families thrive? Family Time, Inc. is seeking dedicated Family Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in empowering parents and strengthening families.
What You'll Do:
Provide guidance and support to parents in areas like child development, time management, and home management. Help parents build self-sufficiency through coaching, demonstrating new skills, and connecting them with community resources. Facilitate supervised parenting time to foster healthy parent-child interactions. Assist with problem-solving, crisis resolution, and family reunification efforts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Minimum age of 21 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Desire to make a positive impact on families •
PREFERRED
: experience providing direct, home-based , services to children & families that need assistance in the protection and care of their children.•
