Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN/As Needed Position Summary AideCare Home Support Agency is seeking experienced, compassionate and dependable Attendant Care Aides / Personal Care Staff to assist seniors and adults with activities of daily living in their homes. The ideal candidate will provide respectful, person-centered assistance while protecting each client's privacy, dignity, safety and independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, grooming and personal hygiene Help with dressing and toileting Assist with mobility, positioning and safe movement Support approved transfers and ambulation Provide meal assistance when included in the service plan Offer reminders and assistance with daily routines Observe and report changes in the client's condition Follow the client's individualized service plan Complete required service documentation accurately and on time Follow infection-control and safety procedures Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Perform only authorized nonmedical personal-care services Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Previous personal-care or direct-care experience is preferred Must be compassionate, dependable and professional Must be comfortable assisting clients with personal-care needs Must be able to follow service plans and safety instructions Must communicate effectively with clients, families and agency staff Must successfully complete required background and registry checks Must be physically capable of performing the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Reliable transportation is strongly preferred Benefits and Scheduling Flexible scheduling Full-time, part-time and PRN assignment availability Paid training, when applicable Opportunity to provide meaningful support to clients in their homes Independent Contractor Notice This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity.
