Paladin seeks a Direct Support Professional for our Lake County Day Service program. In this on-site role, you will support individuals with diverse needs by fostering independence, life skills, and community engagement. You'll implement service plans, assist with daily living activities, run group and individual activities, and maintain accurate documentation.
