Job Description
Direct Support Professional (DSP): Direct Support Professionals play a vital role in helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities increase their independence by providing them with a meaningful variety of experiences and training opportunities. Our DSP's provide both facility and community based training opportunities either in a group or one-on-one instructional setting. Based on the choices and needs of the individuals we serve, we offer trainings in the areas of community, home/life, recreation, prevocational, functional academics and self-management to help those we serve become more independent in their daily lives.
